LOL. You have the power to tell the user you don't want to chat if you don't know that person well. Or say maybe other time (but never call) It is your decision.

I don't call back if I don't know that number or name. I did call one time last summer or fall and they answer it and say oh must be wrong number. GRRR LOL. I don't recognized her face. She look new to me. Not from any other social site. She live in Hawaii. I see the Hawaii area code number. I learned my lesson and no more call back if they want to talk to me, have them email me or leave video message (for hearies). If they don't want or don't have my email address then I cannot help them. I don't want another hard way. LOL
